What are the costs of working with Lending Assets?
You are only paying us a small flat fee for each closed loan and you keep all the commissions. Our loan comps are set at 225bps with all our lenders.
How many Lenders do you work with?
Currently, we have 25+ lenders on our roster and hundreds of loan products.
Do I have to be in the office?
No, you can virtually work anywhere. There is no requirement to be in the office. We have multiple office locations where you can plugin and work.
I am from retail lending, will I get the training and support to work at loan brokerage?
Yes, we will get started in wholesale lending and provide needed training to get up to speed. We also offer training Retail to Wholesale with our partner.
How is the onboarding process?
We know you are busy as a loan officer. We make the onboarding process seamless. Once you are ready to sign up, you should be up and running within a couple of days.
